Our Job Smart Program assists people in putting their “best foot forward” when meeting with potential employers!  

Since 1993, Job Smart has served low-income men, women and youth who are actively seeking employment to be ready and able to work when offered a job.  By letting them select appropriate attire, we help people compete in the marketplace with others who have more financial resources. Well-groomed and ready to work, they can be confident as they go to job interviews! Job Smart helps people learn to project a positive attitude, a professional image and a willingness to learn so they are more likely to succeed!  

After they are hired, Job Smart clients may return to the Unity Shoppe with their first pay stub to qualify for additional clothing as they start their new career.
